Handmade Damascus Steel Tracker Knife with a Beautiful Densified Wood Handle (ASH DM14). This Damascus steel blade features a twisted design that has been hand forged into a stunning pattern. The Damascus steel used in this knife is of extraordinary quality, giving it a razor-sharp edge and excellent cutting capabilities. Because the nickel in the steel resists the ferric-chloride we use to etch blades, we chose 15n20 to partner with 1095 for our Damascus steel. It makes up the brilliant layers in the design. On the Rockwell scale, this blade is rated between 55 and 58 (HRC).
