With its broad Damascus steel blade, this Cleaver Knives from ASH adds to its tough edge, gorgeous patterns, and robust blade that will serve you for a lifetime, you can cut through thick and dense substance of any sort of meat and vegetable. Furthermore, its lovely handle is composed of Epoxy Resin and features an appealing blue and black paint fusion. We choose 15n20 to pair with 1095 for our Damascus steel, it makes up the bright layers in the pattern, as the nickel in the steel resists the ferric-chloride we use to etch blades. This blade sets between 55 -58 (HRC) on the Rockwell scale.
